Exchange & Returns

We make every piece with a lot of love. We hope you like what you buy.
However, sometimes you don’t, and in such cases, we are happy to work with you to address your
concerns!


Before initiating the exchange / return kindly make a note of the following terms:

  • The customer must ship the product(s) back to us.
  • We offer an exchange / return policy within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent. All items should be free of make – up or tan marks, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Altered outfits will not be eligible for exchange / return
  • The Product(s) will qualify for exchange / return only if they pass all our quality checks once we receive the product(s) from the customer.
  • The brand will not be responsible for any defect or other fabric or size issue detected after the 3 days of the delivery of the product.

Exchange terms:

  • Product(s) can be exchanged for a different size or another product as per the availability
  • The exchange must be sent to us within 3 days from the date you received the parcel.
  • Process of exchange: Please email us on pinkoak.info@gmail.com or reach out to us on WhatsApp (8104582252) with the necessary information and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to help you through the process.

Return terms:

  • Product(s) can be returned in exchange for a credit note only.
  • We do not have a refund policy, hence NO MONETARY REFUNDS will be provided.
  • Credit Note will be valid for 6 months

Product Defects:

  • No exchange or refund will be done for any product defects after a period of 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  • In case of a defect, kindly share the following via Whatsapp on 9769774663
  • Order Number
  • A clear image/video of the defect on the garment
